Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Sutton County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Automatic Technical Information
Like most websites, the site receives basic technical and use data when a page loads. That data may include:

Texas government records follow the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552, and the issuing agency’s own legal duties. A request made to this private site does not alter an official Sheriff, court, TDCJ, BOP, or ICE record.
